Answers：It depends on which apartment section and how much you want to customize it.
I did a ton of renovations for every section of Westminster.
Basically, you buy the apartment, then pay for whatever you want done.
You can buy multiple apartments and have them renovated into one.
Regardless, it's on your dime and then after everything's like you want it, you still have a monthly fee.
That covers housekeeping, maintenance and things like that. That cost is about what it would be to rent somewhere.
Yes, not cheap, but not the most expensive. A lot of good people work there.
