| Q&A | What are the most important issues for users?Question：This is the most terrible service for people who need assistance. The staff are mean as hell. No one watches people or asks if they're ok. Residents can take off oxygen because no one is watching . They give them the least food and people are so sad.
Answers：Makes me so sad to hear they have not improved at all since my mother was there.
I was hopeful that the management would try to make improvements. ~ I guess all my words fell upon deaf ears. 😕 |
