Q&A	What are the most important issues for users?Question：I have worked at Sunset for several years now and I honestly have never worked anywhere else where the employees have such a tremendous amount of love and compassion for the residents.This is truly an exceptional place to be for residents and staff. Answers：I've been here for 3 weeks now, have already spent 5 1/2 years of my 20's in almost 3 other nursing homes/skilled facilities that made going to the hospital seem like a vacation, and Sunset has been calming for the hopefully couple months I'll be here. So many people who work here are here for the residents care and not for an easy job and money.
