| Q&A | What are the most important issues for users?Question： I want to know is there a reason nobody answers the phone here? I've been calling since yesterday to find out about my mom WOW this is really unacceptable!
Answers：That’s because Danton’s is one of the worst rehabs! My mother was there also! She died from severe malnutrition. My brother expressed concern to the doctor that she wasn’t eating and he said he would do a colorie count. When my brother called back a week later, the doctor never did the calorie count! The doctor never should have told us what was going on with mother. At least would have had the option of having a feeding tube put in! They also sent my aunt to a mental institution without her kids permission! |
