Answers：PLANO, Texas – Southwest LTC (SWLTC) released the following statement on major developments in the recent incident involving racially-charged, offensive social media posts attributed to a Willow Park employee:
"Late this afternoon, SWLTC was made aware from law enforcement that they have secured a confession from an individual who has admitted to creating the racist, inflammatory social media posts in an attempt to malign our employee's reputation with a specific intent to cause them to lose their job with us. This individual is not affiliated with Willow Park. We expect to know more in the coming days.
As the next several steps of the legal and criminal process unfold, we would like to again reiterate our sadness and disappointment that this incident has happened at all. We are more committed than ever to our core values of diversity, inclusion, and equality for our staffs and residents." |
