Answers：First. I am not an employee or represent Ashton Creek in any way. Second I am a CNA and I know from experience that is not enough nurses or CNAs to meet the demand. That's why many nursing homes are offering free CNA classes to train new employees. I my self paid 800 to get my license and it was reimbursed by the first company I worked for.
