Answers：Don't give up.
There's many who do not understand and will never possibly have a clue how it feels or what to do about mental health.
Even the ones trained for years with the best education out there...can never fully understand what another person is going through when they haven't been in those shoes.
It's the ones who have been there, who knows how it feels, and have suffered as well who can truly empathize with the patient/client/victim.
Keep looking for the right help. Find help that is experienced in real life issues, trauma, and mental health.
The ones who aren't there for a paycheck but who truly care.
Teach the ones who don't understand....
Educate yourself as much as possible.
Nothing is impossible in this life.
Prove the ones who gave up on us wrong and show them we can get better, show yourself.
