| Q&A | What are the most important issues for users?Question：Why are wait times so long in your e.r. your waiting room is a torture chamber. In this time of technology no person should have to wait 12 hrs for medical attention. When you see ppl walking out to another hospital why am I wasting time here.
Answers：If they are “walking out” of any hospital perhaps they need to go to either their PCP or urgent care. The long wait times are because people who are too sick to walk in or out are prioritized over idiots using the ER for something non emergent. |
