Q&AWhat are the most important issues for users?Question：Why does Paula, a nurse on the 4th floor make cancer patients wait so long on the their pain meds. She is horrible at being remotely timely. Her attitude is also horrible when a patient request their pain meds. She acts like it's crime.
Answers：Some of those nurses are terrible. Report her or him there is a number in the patients room that has a number to make complaints. My sister was there and when we asked them why they wasn't rotating her to keep her from getting bedsores and one of the nurses told us that "that's left up to the family IF we wanted it done". We told her of course we did. Some of those nurses are excellent and then some are not fit to care for anything living.
