Answers：It’s still open because the state turns a blind eye to the “vulnerable class”. The voiceless that can’t speak for themselves. The hospital exploits these people. They force sedatives on them and deprive them of their freedom and any type of quality of life. Its a disgrace, I’m looking to see who oversees this hospital. Complaints go unanswered. |
