Q&A	What are the most important issues for users?Question：How is it possible to receive a bill for services that were from 3 years ago? Answers：Sometimes I have noticed that large hospitals that go through large changes such as owners, name, and facilities sometimes have a large backlog of paperwork that needs to be completed asap and for some reason often gets pushed to the back.
