Answers：Sometimes I have noticed that large hospitals that go through large changes such as owners, name, and facilities sometimes have a large backlog of paperwork that needs to be completed asap and for some reason often gets pushed to the back. It's definitely not fair but I'm not sure exactly if anything can be done about it. I hope this helps.
