| Q&A | What are the most important issues for users?Question：This is the worst Emergency Room Ever!!!! Its should be no reason why I an waiting 2 hours to get my tonsils seen after i explained they are in severe pain. I will never return here again!!! Answers：I do not know the place, but i work in health care. There is no reason why someone with tonsils pain should go to ER. That is NOT a emergency. For this cases, there is a long wait and people than really need to be seen for live or death situations (real emergencies) have delay of care. A lot of people complains like you about ER's waiting times, but what do you do to improve it? Those issues can be addressed in the primary doctor office, urgent care, and now even with virtual doctor's visits. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
