Also provide better care to me and other people in Massachusetts. Answers：This place will never put patients over profit. Their ER staff is especially horrible. You would think getting a 25 million dollar grant would mean they can better train and equip thier ER Department as there are multiple consistent complaints of lack of care and horrible bedside manner practices in that particular department. Sadly the tax payers are the ones who suffer
