Answers：Jenni, I too had my daughter here. They cant tell you anything unless you give them the ID number. Its about confidentiality, its a law. But if you call them and tell them your name, relationship to the patient and your phone number. They can give that to your daughter, then she can call you and give you her patient ID number |
