Answers：Our testings sites do not require an appointment. However, our testing site requires a doctor's order. Our Sajak testing location focuses on pre-surgical patients, symptomatic employees and primary care patients that have an active order for testing. If you have an order, the regular testing clinic hours in Sajak are Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm and Saturday 9am-1pm.
