| Q&A | What are the most important issues for users?Question：Abbott emergency is a nightmare .
Answers：I didn't have that experience there, at all, but I haven't been there for ten years. Children's , right next door, was great, not perfect -- we did have one disconnect, about a year ago. Sorry your experience was so awful, like going to the ER is fun from the start. They do accept (pursue) direct feedback. I would call them and see if you can document your complaint in detail so they can use it for improvement. |
